~ Enables you to ask any questions that concern you

The consultation will also involve 'health and fitness tests' including:

Heart Rate

Blood Pressure

Lung Function

'Action Plan'

With this information, a plan of action can be determined,
with an exercise program tailor made for you.

Programs are designed so that you can achieve your goals safely
and effectively. Exercise is done where and when it suits you,
with effective exercise that you enjoy..
